TC45D transmission issues

[NM tractor]

Tractor has a hydrostatic transmission, it is stuck in reverse. The pedal for reverse will not move and the forward pedal will go the the floor without any resistance.
The PTO and 3ph work fine. When I start the Tractor a put it in high or low range it starts going in reverse, the only way to stop then is to turn off the key, I can't pull it out of range.

That kind of looks like a linkage came loose, probable related to the forward pedal, and jammed the reverse pedal down. Either that or a stick is jammed there somehow.

Have crawled underneath and check for any obvious broken or loose parts?

Got it in the barn this morning, don't see anything broken but haven't pulled anything apart yet. Cleaned the pump filter and changed the larger hydrologic filter. Did notice that the fluid was not clear, a bit milky.
