Tc33d injection pump

I had my injection pump rebuilt and now it wont idle or run .....was running fine then rebuilt and I bypass fuel solenoid and start it and wit a magnet I can stick to fuel rail and keep it running but throttle sometimes works sometimes it dont.....

By chance did u bend the engine control rack that slips over the pin on the pump rack.?? {most likely cause}
Did u test the pump by moving the rack back & forth BEFORE u installed it.?? if so.. see above.
IF the rack was free/slides freely back & forth OUTSIDE of the engine.. & wont INSIDE the engine.. its an engine/installation problem..

Did YOU install it.??

Yes I installed it..removed it carefully and I dont believe I bent it I just ordered shim kit I only had 1 on it from previous owner super thin...so I bolt it done and governor keeps it shut off ...I raise it and somewhat loose on bolts and it fires up and idles now.......but there is a gap
