tc 40 da ?

Gentleman,
Is the tc 40 DA a good chose for mowing (finish and bush hogging) in the first place and a bit of hay making (+-5 acres) and a bit gardening ==> plowing ( +-5 acres)

The finish mowing is with a 23 trees. If i take the tc 40 d (without hydro), i will buy me a little mower for mowing around the trees first so i have only straight lines to do.
What is your opinion?
manual or the hydro
And at least what can I expect for the life span of this tractor (+- in hours)
AND is a hydro more expensive as a manual transmission (without the maintenance) only problems, extra problems,...
