Taylor Way or Sicma Phoenix Tiller

Thanks for all the help and the Tarter tiller certainly looks like a well built tiller.

Unfortunately for me, the Kubota owners manual for the BX 2360 lists the weight limitation for a rotary tiller at 375 lbs., even though it lists the lift capacity at well over 600 lbs. ???

I have read The King Kutter 48" and Taylor Way 48" are also over 500 lbs.

I am now deciding between a Bush Hog RTC 48" with 4 tines per flange or the Phoenix RT4 48" with 6 tines per flange. I understand both are made in Italy by Sicma. The Phoenix is approximately $200.00 more.

Maybe I can't go wrong with either since they are both under 400 lbs.

We are also a Phoenix dealer and can sell the T48 for $1625 within a 1000 mi radius of Wilson, NC. Ken Sweet

I appreciate your response Ken. The local dealer has the Bush Hog RTC 48" for $1425, which is 200 less than the RT4 48". Is the only difference between the Bush Hog and the Phoenix - the additional two tines per flange?

Thanks again,
Chuck

You get the quality craftsmanship and latest technology from Phoenix/Sicma (Made in Italy) I honestly don't know much about Bush Hog since they split up and sold off their product lines. I suspect there is a lot of old inventory floating around?? Ken Sweet

If I order the tiller from you, what is the best price you can sell a 12" low profile single bottom plow, compatible for the BX2360? Hoping to get a Linebech or comperable plow.
