t9 exhaust insulation

my t9 kabota exhaust insulation is gone. i was wondering if anyone has used header wrap for this purpose?

i ended up wrapping my exhaust with header wrap because my factory insulation was all but gone. so far so good!!! i just wrapped the exhaust pipe that is by the air filter canister down to the top of the muffler. so far so good!!
