T474 3 pt not working

Just ran into this issue with my T474 that the 3 point hitch will not raise or lower.

Here's what I've done so far:

1. Checked the hydraulic fluid level (just fine).
2. Checked linkage, fully operational, no loose connections, etc.
3. Per phone conversation with dealer mechanic tried turning in and out raising/lowering knob below seat with both tractor shut off and running, still won't work.
4. Loader hydraulics functions properly
5. Pulled the attachment off the 3 pt (rototiller counter balance weight), manually pushed the draft links all the down, tried controls, still no function.
6. At this point I can manually grab the draft link arms and without effort, easily lift the whole 3 pt assembly (draft links, lift arms) up and down and there is no resistance within the system to me doing so.

So....throwing this out for bean picking ideas.

Make sure rear remote is NOT in detent setting.

I second what TractorTYMe said.

Regarding the point #6, that will happen on every 3 pt hitch on any tractor. That's just the nature of how it works.
