Get a chain. Attach to the FEL ...your info says you have one... if you have a tooh bar, a center tooth is ideal, approach offending T-post with lowered FEL about 6 inches off the ground... STOP 1/2 inch before hitting it... wrap chain 3 times around post and hook back to FEL so it won't slip.

Raise FEL until T-post is out of ground. Place t-post in FEL and proceed to next post.

PS... you may discover you need more weight on rear if you encounter difficult t-posts.

well I didnt know if the FEL was strong enough to pull them from the ground. I heard they were pretty tough to pull up, but I will try. Thanks

If you have a draw bar on your 3PH. Attach a chain to it and pull the tough ones with it. 3PH usually has more lifting power than the FEL.

Texasjohn has been watching me pull up fence! , By the way, the fel is great for putting down the posts also, just center bucket on top of t posts with help of trusting friend and then lower the fel, pushing post in ground.

I've pulled a number of t-post with the FEL, both with a B7100 and a B2710. I only found one that I could not pull. After doing just a very little digging, I found that a big tree root had grown completely around it many years ago. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

As long as you don't hit rocks. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Also, once the FEL makes contact with the post, tell your friend to move away in case the post springs out.

Some local guy got angry with the placement of t posts on what he claimed was his property, and he twisted about 20 of them right out of the ground, must have used some giant wrench/lever arrangement, but it looked like he did it quickly!
