T-300 Error Code 38-54

I have a 2005 Bobcat T-300 that is getting an error code 38-54. After it has run for just a few minutes, it cuts off immediately when you move joystick to turn left or go in reverse. Spent almost a thousand bucks at bobcat dealer in Baton Rouge and they have not fixed the problem. I know they changed wiring harness and wiring harness contacts. My problem is complicated in that Perimeter Bobcat in Atlanta did not have an Owner's Manuel when they sold me the unit in 2005, and never sent me one. Anybody know what this code is, and have any suggestions on how to fix this SERIOUS problem?

I found this PDF file of a owners manual not yr model but lots of things are simular.

Seems to be a communication joystick error
