Sway Bar Conversion

Okay I can't find the thread with the parts list for the B7500 sway bar conversion.
I had dropped it off the list I had to the dealer a while back and ask them to order the parts. I gonna stop there this afternoon to see if they have come in but want to make sure I have the list in case they misplaced the other one.

Are they instrutions or anything available? I rather have a diagram with where the parts go so I can make sure I don't goof it up.

I may be wrong, but there is a first time for everything, but didn't Carver's have these parts as a kit or something?
