Swap BX24 for B2320

I was wondering if any one has gone from a BX24 to a New b 2x20 series tractor. I love my bx 24 but the backhoe hydrylics are just to slow. Is there anyway to get more flow out of the pump. Is the BH60 any better for multiple maneuvers or am I just wanting to much from a small tractor. Was also wondering if the added wait of the 2320 helps with BH operation as far as it dragging the machine around.
