SVL75-2 error code 008

My SVL75-2 track steer has been sitting unused indoors for a couple months in an unheated building . It started up just fine yesterday, but gave an error code 008, which the manual says has to do with the no reading from the water in fuel sensor.
Seems like the problem has something to do with sitting in the cold.
Does anyone have experience with this error code ? Should I run it for a few hours and see if anything thaws out ?

Maybe a rodent ate the wire during the prolonged storage.

If related to possible water in the fuel, I'd at least drain/inspect the filter to make certain all clear before using.

This was listed in the SL95-2 manual:
E: 008 Fuel sensor system - - -
Machine Performance: The fuel level indicator does not appear on the meter. The machine's other functions are still operative.

Provisional measures and correction: Immediately contact your local dealer

Report back on the corrective action taken.

Thanks. The warning light and code went away on its own. I'm thinking that some water may have frozen in the separator and that effected the sensor.
All's well that ends well....

Your manual says it’s a water sensor code? My SVL75-2 says the same thing as moship’s 95 manual - code 008 is no reading from fuel level sensor. E9120 is water separator. My book has no code that there is no signal from the water separator but it does have E008 for no signal from the fuel level sensor.
