Oops, forgot about this. It was the vacuum line for the fuel pump.

That looks different from mine but that one line with the elbow is the vacuum line.

It's not a vacuum line, it is a pulse line.
The pulses from the crankcase cause the diaphragm in the pump to move back and forth and that action combined with a couple of check valves cause the fuel to be pump thru the part.
