Stump grinder

Has anyone use one of these non hydro movement grinders with a gear drive tractor? Mine dosnt go super slow at pto speed but I do have a rear remote and wouldnt be opposed to getting a hydraulic top link.

I did read something about a guy planting the bucket edge and useing that to "feed" the grinder. This is how I typicaly move my tractor for hooking up 3pt attachments.

IF you don't have creep gears in your tractor, you aren't going to like that grinder!

Having to use the bucket that way to grind stumps, would really suck!
