Just curious is there any FEL covers anyone knows of for subcompact tractors?

Morton makes a nice one, or you could go the blue-tarp method.

But if you are thinking about a cut-to-fit heavy duty cover, a boat marina/repair/dealer probably has a guy on tap to custom fit and repair covers.

Careful of covering it completely. You don’t want moisture to be trapped, which can cause rust. Let it breath somehow.
