Storage of Attachments.

My dad's Kubota BX had trouble hooking up to a PTO tiller that we stored on a dolly because of the added height so we make some 2x10 ramps to back the tractor on while hooking up, only took a couple extra inches. So my suggestion is to swap the dolly wheels for bigger ones and drive your tractor onto some type of ramp when hooking up your blower.

That's what I did with my jd 2305 years ago.

Drive all 4 wheels up onto a couple of 4'x4' pallets.
Or what ever is near the height of your dolly.

All my attachments are Cat 2. This means heavy. They are all 800 + pounds. Not the kind of implement that you can give a hip thrust to, to make 3-point connection.

Plus - as they sit out there in the orchard on their pallet - the pallets tend to settle into the soft ground. I've used - HI-Lift jack, hydraulic jack, big pry bar and finally - dibble. Just to get that final inch.

Get a set of pallet forks for the 3 PT on your JD 730 - it has a 3PT correct? Then put the snowblower on a pallet or a pallet with larger 6" dolly wheels. You can also store your other stuff on pallets too - makes it easier to move.

I am in the thinking stage of a storage rack to store 2 FEL buckets, the pallet forks and grapple in a 3'x7'x7' high rack with a lean to roof outside so they dont take up barn space.

I ended up using my vehicle oil change ramps to get the snowblower high enough to get onto an oversized dolly. I think I am also going to get myself a set of pallet forks for the three point too.

I have pallets with articulating wheels to move them around.
