I simply took a 12" peice of metal lumber, 2"x4" angle and bolted it to the top of the fender, so that it was level. Then bolted a cheap ( lowes ) plastic tool box to it. Excellant way to keep some tools, bungee cords, spare linch pins and my ever present roll of black electrical tape out of the weather.

Since I do mostly mowing with the finish mower, I attached a nice RED tool box to the arm on my mower with u-bolts up thru the bottom of the box. Holds all my spare pins, spacer bushings, etc. I don't seem to have a pic of it though.

You've gotten a ton of good advice and examples here and I won't even try to add to that. I will comment though on welding to the ROPS. Many of us here (including me!) don't believe in welding or drilling the ROPS...nothing that could remotely upset it's structural integrity. Your life may depend on it! To be honest, I'm a lot like Harv in that I don't like drilling or welding anything to the tractor unless it unavoidable. It's much easier to change your mind if you get real good with U bolts!/w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif
