Need help to tear down cement concrete structure / house. Does anyone know what is the best way to do? Thanks

Large hydraulic excavator with demolition hammer and a good operator.

Looks like a fun project. Large excavator for sure. Depending upon how heavily it is reinforced a regular bucket may take it down without a hammer being needed until you hit the foundation. Be careful !
