I ran another tank of fuel through it again and thought I had a problem. It would stumble when throttling up and then finally wouldn’t run. It was just a loose plug wire.

One problem I have had with the saw is the chain will freeze up. It acts like it’s over tightened but it’s not. If I loosen and the work the chain back and forth and tighten again it’s fine. I assume it’s sawdust building up under the cover?

Might be, that's easy to check.

I remove the clutch cover and clean the saw every 2 tanks at most, when I sharpen the chain and flip the bar.
