by the way just so you know that "silver round thing" doesn't actually move, it is just an electromagnet that when a current is passed through it, it energizes and attracts the steel pedal over until it sticks on its face and holds it there until the current is removed.

With that info and $1.00 you can buy coffee in some places.

I have a new CK 35 HST and the hydro pedal was stiff, and slow to return to center. After reading every post in this thread I see that nobody has mentioned what fixed mine. There is a grease zerk on the pedal rocker. Mine was dry. When I greased it, it changed the entire feel of the machine. Feather light pedal, and quick to return to center. I bet more are dry than just mine. I also found that the two bolts holding the pedal on were loose.

You seem to have it out for Kioti because of an ignition switch and sticking hydro pedal. Since 2013 when you suggested Kioti was going to reel from all the wrongful death lawsuits that were going to be coming their way.
So, have you taken your own recent 'advice' and gotten rid of YOUR Kioti, for 'something better?!' Somehow I highly doubt it. Has your sticking pedal turned into a' loss of power and replacement of hydraulic pump?!' Again I'd bet not.
Kioti does stand behind their product(s). I know that for a fact. So before you make false accusations against Kioti or any other brand, think carefully about what you say. Follow the advice of those who know how to solve the issues Kioti may have on your model, just like every brand has it's own set of issues.

I did get rid of it and got another tractor. It is funny the Kioti lovers on this forum think the pedal needs greases. It was definitely not a lack of lubrication in my situation. Bobcat was very concerned when they saw the video of my hydro pedal sticking in reverse for over a minute! The replacement hydro through Bobcat only has a 6 month warranty. For the dealer to replace it you are looking at a little of $4,000. I wonder why Bobcat quit selling tractors:scratchchin:

I expect Bobcat got out of the CUT business for the same reason that my Kioti dealer did, The bottom fell out of the hobby tractor business soon after the bottom fell out of the US economy. Unlike cars, not many tractors going to the crusher.
