ScamDetector.com gives that web site a very low trust score of 19.7/100. Less than a month old, with suspiciously low prices on some very clean equipment.
The one example I looked at was a 2020 KUBOTA M4-071HDC12, 190 hours for $30k. Just too good to be true!

My wife works at a LS tractor dealer. A few weeks ago they got a call from a guy a few states away wanting to know when he could pick up his McCormick tractor.
It turns out someone had listed a tractor on TractorHouse.com and put their address as the tractor location.
It had the usual warning signs...clean, low hours and much lower than average price.
They called the sheriff who started an investigation, but I don't know how it all turned out.
