There are some blocks (except for the small one's track, which I'll put a block under it when it's time to come down). Large gaps on the shelves lets light thru, and prevents more stuff getting piled on.

Sodo you have bigger b-lls than me, if I felt it starting to go over I would have dropped snowmobile like a rock. I never would have stepped off and taken a picture. I have had BX on 3 wheels twice since I have owned it and Kioti never scared the crap out of me both times.

Well DrZ, here it is, project finished. It's not a truck but similar. The chosen shelf height = 5ft 2" and the tractor can lift to 5ft 11".

And on to the other project, which was great fun. The hill doesn't look that steep in the pic, but to get a feeling for it - with ONE finger I was able to lift the ATV's left rear tire off the ground as it was parked there in the pic. As usual, some folks are quaking in their boots while the Russians nod off :zzz::zzz:

Excavator was just, great, great fun, chewing across the hillside - can't wait to get back to it! But the trail does go uphill, pretty significant uphill, it's not level as the pic looks. The trail is barely wider than the tracks, (4ft 3")

Nice shelf! I wanna do something similar for implement storage.

I sure hope the naysayers view this. As all can see from the photo, it is a long way from tipping over when the front axle hits the stops.

I have been trying to tell folks that the front axle does help in tipping situations but all I get is, "IT swivels and by the time it hits, it is too far gone" Well this photo proves that it isn't too far and the front axle definitely does help prevent a roll over. Putting ballast in the front tires would certainly help also.

I think the contention was that a roll started by a sidehill incline would not be stopped when the front axle reached its pivot limiters.
