I have a Case IH 3594 tractor and it keeps blowing seals on the end of the steering cylinder. I replaced the outer seals and scrapers and had everything apart on the inside and it looked ok. Wondering if it is a pressure problem? Don't really know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
