Sprayer Sprayer Lubrication

I have seen where several users have mentioned lubrication of their roller pump 3 pt sprayers between uses. How is that done and with what lubricant??

Water pump lube... You can get the stuff that goes in pressure washer pumps for storage. Guess you could also put in a little eco-safe propyl-glycol based antifreeze between uses, and then flush out.. AF mixes have water pump lube.. etc.

I've used plain ol' diesel fuel for ages. Works for me.

The guys down here run a 50/50 mix of antifreeze.
