Really diggin the new L2501. Did notice last week after getting my boots wet the painted platform was a bid slippery. Thought about getting a rubber mat (my last compact tractor came w one) but decided to go this route. I used Rustolium brand. Has a nice texture for grip. Took the center hump cover off also and gave it a couple of coats. It already had a nice scuff on the orange paint from my boot w only 7 hours on it. I'm happy with the way it came out.

A long time ago I worked at an airport and we had all kinds of support equipment with steps. We'd get a quart can of black rustoleum, pour some in a coffee can, and add a couple handfulls of sand. Stir it up and slap it on. Worked well. But didn't look as nice as what you did, that's for sure.

I did this on my B21 and it works great. I used Herculiner for the job and it lasted quite a while.

My wife got it for me. It's made by Durafit. Not sure where she got it but blaze orange camo goes great w Kubota orange.

Man that stuff does hold up well. Thanks for the vote of confidence. Noticed you got the Wicked Root grapple. Looked at the LP model at the dealer but liked the looks of the Wicked Root. You gotta a nice set up for sure. I did opt for the LP 3rd function so when I decide to get a grapple, I'm setting on GO..
