I am looking for some solid tires for a Finish Mower.

It is a New Holland mower and the tires are 410 x 350 x 4. Thought I found some at Carefree Tire but they lasted about 45 minutes. Rolled one off the rim just like one with air in it. Also broke the hub.

I have tried Northern Tool, TSC, McMaster Carr and a Google search. I am going to call Bird Tire in Houston next.

Anyone know of a source.

Oh, yes, the Dealer wanted $150.00 each. $600.00 is half the price of a new mower.

Thanks guys.

I ordered some off size wheelbarrow tires from McCoys. The salesman looked it up in his "book" and found a place that sold them. Sorry I don't know the name of the manufacturer, but thought that if you have a local McCoys store, they might be able to find the place that makes them--they might make larger applications--

That's the best I can do. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

This is all I've been able to find in my searches over the past few months AgriSupply . I don't know if the size is right but for the price of new ones you can do a lot of making-them-fit.
Cheers!

/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gifI am from China, I am the manufacturer and supplier of solid Laminated Tire to USA. We exported about 15 ~20 containers of laminated tires to USA mower manufacturing plants each year.
Welcome to visit my following website to get some information about the tire.
Laminated Tire

I can send you one sample tire (USD10.00) Free of Charge , but the DHL or FedEx cost for a mode 4x8 tyre (10Kgs) is about USD150.00 should be paid by you.
So that I suggest you to buy the laminated tire from KingKutter , from Darell Harp, from Kodiak etc. mower manufacturing companies in USA directly.

Have you considered a foam filled tire??
Should do the same thing.

Try looking at a TractorSupplyCo. store if there is one near you. Last time I was at one they had some solid replacement tires for a KingKutter mower over in the tractor parts section.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I found some Thursday. Land Pride. Just had to drill out the hole to 3/4" to mount them. $57.00 each and I can live with that. They only had one but after I found it worked I called and had them order 3 more for me.

The dealer is a New Holland and Kubota dealer. The $150.00 tires I had found before were $89.00 here so I guess it pays to shop around.
