hi there, i have got a Yanmar 169d which is 4wd. lately i have had a LOT of snow and my current home-made plow cant really cope very well. any suggestions for what to use as we are due another ft in the next few days.

I would probably buy one. Any suggestions on size type etc???

I'm only 14 actually but do loads out on the tractor. We don't have a fel on the tractor which is at home at the moment but someone borrowed it off of us just before the snow and now he is anowed in and we can't get it back

We do have front linkage for the front which I madeand was going to try to make another Plow for that tomorrow cause its too late tonight now - and it's still snowing hard!!

Sounds like you need a 3pt. hitch snowblower.

yeh i have been looking at them but they are quite expensive ( over £1000) and really my budget is around £750

You probably will want a 5ft blade. A used rear snowblower may be another option. Do you have a loader?

its around 1500 CAD
got one sorted now - took an old oil drum and used that
