I see a lot of people asking whether you can use a fel for snow removal. Absolutely you can. There is a technique for everthing, and using a fel for snow is no exception. Light snows , you can plow to end of a 100' (give or take) drive and dump it off at the end. Deep snows, however, require you to quickly push the snow off to the side of drive, then back up and go again, alternating from one side to other with your pushes. A lot of people push the bucket full of snow, then back up to dump it off to side. This is a waste of time. Push till tractor lugs, then make your way to side of drive and dump. I will not waste money on a snow blade when I have a loader. Now, if you have a very long drive to clear, a blade or blower would be the way to go to speed things up. ( I'm talking 50 to 60 yards or more)
