Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Snow Is Coming!!!

Oddly, that snow/lake effect doesn't travel to the north shore of Erie, not usually. I'm 30mins from Fort Erie/Buffalo. When Buffalo gets hammered, we don't. Today, there was a snow shower, all gone.

I'm south of Buffalo. It's been snowing all morning here, but not much is sticking.

Was 61 degrees here in upstate N.Y., crazy weather, not good for hunting but if you still have chores around the house It's great. Put out Christmas Decorations wearing only a shirt, imagine that. Wonder how this winter weather will be? Notice that I said Christmas and not holiday(ho,ho,ho.)

Well, we almost broke the record with least amount of snow in Buffalo this late in the season. If it didn't snow anymore than a 1/10 of an inch past Sunday, (if I remember right), it would have broken an all time record. We got 3/10ths of an inch yesterday.

Only problem w/dusting it covers the icy spots/areas,getting to the point foot an half or so snow bank would be nice before March wet freezing storms arrives.

The snow we've had this year... or not had.... I've used this on numerous occasions. Takes about 20 minutes for these "dustings" we keep getting!

I think the GC's feeling neglected!

Gee our big snow fall over night was a dusting, and I mean a slight dusting at that. Glad I took off the LA2674 snow blower a few weeks past, was ready for the big snow drifts but----------, put RB3584 on to move the light stuff 8" and under. This morning broom on deck was all I needed, crazy winter for sure. One thing good about lack of snow and cold weather is people are not using too much fuel oil to heat their homes. About $ 3.90 per gal here and diesel jumped from $4.09 yesterday to $4.19 today and that's at the big truck stop a mile away from me, Those prices are criminal.

Well, we have had a few late winter/early spring snow events over the years...can't really say I'm looking for a 20" snowfall though.
I think this area may have water problems this year resulting from the lack of snowfall though.
