Looked quickly through a snakes of the northeast web link and didnt see anything that looks like it.

Garter snake, sharp needle teeth, no poison.

Never seen a garter snake that dosnt have a white line down its back.

If they get that big they are eating their share of mice and such. Ive seen different color variations of these with some of them having a red tint
