Small well pump removal winch build?

I pull my pump with this winch., that goes in a receiver on the bucket. The cable goes thru a pulley at the top of the tower. Because windmills have a sucker rod the pump is connected to 1-1/4" steel pipe, with the sucker rod inside.

A pipe elevator is a tool that clips onto the top of each pipe section to quickly grab the pipe.

In thin photo I needed to precisely tug some 2" high pressure poly pipe, so used the winch for good control.

The winch also works great to yank our shrubs around the house.

I wish I had an six foot Aermotor 70 foot four post tower and a 2,000 gallon gravity fed tank fed from the stuffing box T.
