Small Brush Grubber

I have seen some places advertising this small brush grubber that slides on and hooks to small trees and bushes. You can then yank on it with a chain from a 3P or what ever. The principle being to pull the whole tree out.

It would be similar to wrapping a chain around the trunk but this being a bit easier to attach and remove.
Has anyone tried one yet? Comments?
I have lots of these little 1-2" saplings that I want to get rid of. This seems like it might work well.
