slow loader

Anyone have a clue why the Bucket loader on my John Deere 650 is so terribly slow?? It is the 60 loader. Fluid, Bad Valve?? Help!!

Could be a number of things, filter, pump, valve, does it have a fluid control valve somewhere you can turn to increase fluid to loader? Does it do it all the time or only when cold, only when hot?
