slasher/ bush hog wheel

I would like to build the above for my 5ft howard slasher that weighs 360kg. I have the wheel or wheels from a no longer used finishing mower but have no idea of the dimensions for the supports etc. I tried the search function but had no luck. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Get a crazy wheel and add an adjustment bar like is in the picture...

Not sure how well a finishing mower wheel will hold up on rough cut mower if your cutting woody plants. Rough cut mower wheels are solid and finishing mowers even ones that are so called solid rubber I think you will find are hollow, just no tube.
