Simple 3PH Ballast for FEL

Just a piece of 3/4" all-thread attaching the old wheel weights to a 3PH crossbar. I removed the tractor drawbar to keep the weights from banging on it.

As a side note, our son was needing a way to compact some fill dirt between two buildings just far enough apart to drive the tractor thru.
The tractor would, of course, pack along the sides but was needing something for the middle between the tires.

The ballast shown above came into double duty using the 3PH with the flow control valve completely backed off to allow free flow. Dropping the 3PH position control lever would drop the weight with a kuhwump! Then move ahead a foot or so and give it another kuhwump freefall.
