Shuttle Ball repair

Because of the condition of my PT, I am wondering if it makes sense to get into the Shuttleball.

Where is this whole valve system located?

Should I look into this? Tractor is not as quick to respond going from forward to revers and I am unsure about draft control... Still figuring it out..

Carl,

If you want to read up on the shuttle valve, go to the search mode and type " shuttle valve " and read Sedgewood and Blackwells post. It might be an easy fix.

I have. It is quite thorough. I am just wondering if this should be on my maintenance list like Sedwood suggests.

Just spoke to terry. He says the 1850 does not have a shuttle ball...
