I have worked in customer service related activities for 40 plus
years and, until today, I thought I was pretty good at it. If you need Shibaura parts and supplies, do yourself a favor, and check
with Jeff Adams at Adams Equipment Company in West By God
Virginia. Any search engine will pull them up. He may not be able to
find what I need....but, it won't be for lack of trying. Very patient,
good communicator with an excellent attitude....give him a try.
