Winner winner chicken dinner ! Hold my beer !Not enough horsepower, torque, wide tires or beer
Hi,
That's a water tank, and this was legal load. Actually travelled well at 100kmh / 60mph. But I would have abandoned the trip if there were high winds.
Wide tires make good floats. JonI was reminded of the raised pickup crossing a badly-flooded ford. Paved, but the heavy current was pushing him sideways so he gunned it spinning all four tires wildly. Of course, that loss of traction caused him to drift off the edge and go floating downstream.
I think the vid was posted here a while back. Idiots!
Did he not make it up the hill or did he not have control coming down? I am thinking it is the former.
And in that case, traction. And torque. Horsepower and torque.
Seems like he was still able to move when the video stopped. Just probably needed a change of pants after threading the needle like that.Did he not make it up the hill or did he not have control coming down? I am thinking it is the former.
Amen to that! Not enough horsepower, torque, wide tires or beer
Traction also helps... on the trailer for tracking, as well as on the tow vehicle. And torque. Horsepower and torque.
