And some people think a $50,000 EV is stupid.
LOL! Go ahead and compare the capabilities and value of the two. I'll wait.

Now I'm not saying it isn't RIDICULOUS that truck prices have soared that much in the last 5 years. But the EV flex is laughable.

At least the truck could tow the EV to a charging station then take the EV owner home or to a coffee shop while they wait 8 hours to recharge.
Why would the EV ever need to be towed?

Are you in the habit of running out of gas? If not, then why would an EV?

$80k on a poser truck vs $50k on a practical EV?

Very few trucks haul anything more than an 80" TV in their lives.

Here the tow company makes good money towing dead EVs.

Not that there's a lot of gas stations around, but there are no charging stations. Also, I suspect that many EV drivers severely underestimate what gaining several thousands of feet in elevation does to the range.

LOL! Again. Your spite for trucks is hilarious. At least the folks making fun of EVs have reasons to do so.

You must live in the city.

lmao to make that statement you should look further out then your city block, I own a truck not a car, when I load my truck it is more often then not overloaded, I made sure to get a scratch within the first month on my truck in order to not care too much for it. Its a truck and I used it as such.

I may not haul anything with mine, but it's towing something 99.8% of the time.

What may take me a bit over 24 hours (1,600 to 1,700 mile drives) would probably take a week with an EV. And that's if it's not towing anything.

was at Wally world today, forgot my phone, so no pic. Old wreck of a pickup driving through the parking lot towing an old wreck of a utility trailer, with an old zero turn in it and the mower was running, poorly, but running!
