If he shuts the rear gate, at least it’s somewhat contained.

There are circumstances that don't require a load to be "secured" to the point that it can shaken upside down without coming loose.
How do you protect from an airplane falling out of the sky on the tow vehicle?
A good driver takes speed, weather, road conditions, traffic, & MANY other things into consideration when transporting anything.

It blows me away that so many people are oblivious to doing the right thing all the time and then gets on media and brags about it....... thatç—´ what really blows me away, bragging that you have NO regard for your fellow human being!
