I just finished draining the transmission fluid out of the gator, but I do not know where the oil drain plug is? I got all the stuff to service gator with but have not found the oil drain plug?

Yes, after about 13 hours or so, I removed my spark arrestor for good. That thing was starting to clog up . I instantly, I could tell the difference in the way the RTV performed when it was removed. It could get rid of that hot air alot quicker without forming all that back-pressure >>>>>>.

Some folks might need it were they run there RTV, ( goverment owned propery ) but here, I OWN THIS LAND >>> AND CAN RUN ANYTHING ON IT I WANT !!!!!

NO WAY WILL IT EVER GO BACK ON !!!! Don't know why they put one on a diesel anyway !

I have a 4x2 gator and I took mine off today. I can tell a difference.

cat2,

I took mine off the Honda Rubicons a few months ago. Removing the one off the Kubota RTV, made me think of the four-wheelers, so the same day, they came off also . And WOW, talking about performance, it was the difference between night & day .... even with the gas burners. All that back pressure sure holds back a engine.

Yeah my diesel HPX seemed to get slower a month or so after I got it. I took off the spark arrestor and it was completely clogged, all of my speed came back with it off.

I have an 07 XUV, how does does the spark arrestor come off? I see no need for it.

On mine you just take one little screw out. And pull it off. Mine didn't want to come off. Had to go on the back of it with a hammer and chesil to get it started then take a pair of vis grips to rip it off. It sure does help
