Hi all. I made my first trip to a dealer today. Test drove L3710gst (all hst still in crate). What a monster!!! Was quoted list price for tactor 4wd and woods fel, r4s with ballast, 24,000. Yikes!!! Need to get that down some. Is 15% off to much to ask for? Maybe more? They were selling their service dept. big time. Was told service would be done at my place and a loaner would be given if repairs were lengthy. I assume during warranty period only. Set up, delivery and instructions on use all incl. Is this normal for dealers to do? Still have 5 other dealers to get quotes from and then the haggling begins. Any tips on negotiating would be appreciated.

10-15% seems to be what many people can get. A friend got a 3710HST, rake, grader blade, Kubota loader, and loaded R4s for $22 or so from a dealer that's known for charging top dollar.
