serial and model#

Hey Guy's, new to the forum and I need some help I have a cub cadet rzt but have lost my owner's manual and can't find the serial# or model# on this piece of crap. Like a lot of people on this sight am having problems with left trans,as it has been weak from day one. also seems like the starter is draggy. I do know its a 50 inch cut and has a 22 hp Briggs intec engine . Thanks Dennis

Model and Ser. # should be on a white label on the floor pan next to / under the seat. What parts are you looking for?

Hey Joel, ive changed the seat to a suspencion(spelling) seat so the tag must be on the hardware that I got rid of,cause its not under the new seat. What I was needing the # for was to get a manual down loaded from the website for Hydro-gear that is posted on this site. thanks Dennis

If it's older than 2009 then the model number would be 17BA5A7P712, 17BA5A7P710 or 17BA5A7P709.

2009 would be 17VK2ACP010 or 17VK2ACP009.

2010 and later 17BK2ACP010, 17BK2ACP0009, 17WK2ACP010 or 17BK2ACP009.

The transmission should have a Hydrogear tag on it with a model number.
All years of these RZT's use the same EZT transmissions.

Thanks Old Machinist,big help Ijust downloaded the manual and am going to check the oil level tomorrow. Am also having a problem with the starter dragging or something.with a hot battery it sometimes cranks easy other times not . Have checked the cables they seem fine has always done this to certain extent but has gotten worse lately. thanks Dennis
