You'd prolly do better to take your question to the Lawn and Garden section of the forum.

I have moved your thread to the Lawn & Garden Forum. You'll get a better response there. ;)

Welcome to TBN. Where I work we have the Bearcat WT160S. It is the smaller one in the line that is self propelled. It has worked well for us for two cutting seasons now. The local rental yard uses that model and if it lives up to rental it should live well for someone that cares.

When I went to purchase I was on the fence between the 160CC honda and the 190CC briggs model. The salesman who also works in the back on the machines told me he had allot less problems with the honda engine compared to the briggs.

Welcome to TBN (I was a new member with my first post a month ago). It is a great group of people here and I am sure you will enjoy it (i was a lurker for a month before I became a member).

Now for the trimmer, I would suggest the bearcat with the honda (all but one briggs I have used has been a POS). If you are cutting anything wood thicker then a pencil or so, I would say to buy the saw blade.

:welcome: and :2cents:
