Seal leak

Trying to help a friend of mine out that is not on any forums. I have an orange tractor so not familiar with his tractor. Told him I would post the problem and see what comes back. He has a 2010 4115 HST with 800 hrs. The issue is the shaft coming out of the trans on the right side that runs the HST keeps leaking. He has replaced the 2-O rings that are on the shaft multiple times, but it will start leaking in a short amount of time after replacement. There does seem to be a bit of play
in the I am assuming bushing not bearing that the shaft runs through. If anybody has any information on this to fix the problem I would appreciate it. Thanks
