MFWD Tractors weren't even considered when these scoops were around. Probably a pretty good way to put the power of a small tractor to good effect.

I don稚 have an FEL, but I have a 3 point scoop. I have moved dirt, stone, wood, leveled before I had a box blade, used it as a carry all, hauled bags of mulch and feed, etc. yea, it is a crude device, but I find lots of uses for it.

I know my scoop pan has been very useful. Especially for moving firewood to the house.

Growing up we used a dirt scoop (we called it a pond scoop) a lot with our 861 ford. We didn't have front loader. I must have made a million runs with that scoop to the gravel bar at the creek behind our house to various places we needed gravel. We also moved dirt and manure with it. I don't know what happened to it but I still have the 861.
