Satoh S650G rebuild front spindle?

Can the front spindle housing(if thats what its called) be rebuilt with new bushings/bearings? I have an excessive amount of slack in mine. Part#'s 14 15 16 19 20 21 (see below)

Ok, apparently I need a king pin repair kit. Or any of the bearings, bushings and o rings.
