I am looking into a 370D 4 wd tractor. I heard to stay wawy from the counterclock PTO If Im looking at the PTO from the rear end is that how I tell and why would I want to stay away from them This tractor has a rear mower on it that exits on the driver side and hooked up also has a bucket. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you also what would the price going for one be.

All of the equipment built it this country is made with clockwise motion in mind. If the tractor has counter clockwise rotation, all the equipment would be run backwards. I. E. the mower blades would rotate the opposite way and cut the grass with the unsharpened part of the blade. More complex equipment might even break if operated in that manner, but they sure wouldn't do what they were designed to.

Yes simply engage the PTO and watch the way it spins, from the back. Since it comes with a mower, you may not care about the PTO - it just means you will not be able to add other attachments later, like a tiller or snowblower etc.
