Satoh/Mitsubishi temp. sensor

I just bought an old Satoh buck, overall it's pretty good but the previous owner put a different temperature sender on it that uses the copper line thing wrapped in a wire type housing, I'd like to put the original sender back in because the gauge they put it doesn't work. Does anyone happen to know the part number? thanks. Vernon.

Why does it overly matter? Do you normally overheat your equipment?

You do have the correct radiator cap right?

I replaced the "idiot light" on my Mitsubishi with a gauge as I wanted to actually see how hot it ran. The light was controlled by a 111 degree Celsius sensor. If you want the "real thing" check in with Valley Power as they'll probably be able to tell you exactly what you need. In my experience they'll even stock it. They are located in Roanoke, VA but they do ship.
