Satoh 650G HELP

My idiot lights don't work and so I bought an oil pressure and water guage but can't get either to fit. The water sending unit is too long and the oil pressure threads aren't the same. I bought two different brands and neither worked. Also went to hardware stores looking for adaptors but couldn't find any. What the heck can I do??? Thanks STEVE

I had to find a metric to standard thread adaptor. I can't remember if if I ordered it from advanced auto or dug in the back room of the O'reilys we have here. I had to replace my oil sending unit because it was bad and teed the line and added an oil pressure gauge.

I finally fixed the problem. I bought an extension adaptor and ran a die over the threads to match the tractor. Everything works great.
