How do you make saddle joints in a 6 5/8 pipe

if you google arround a little you should be able to find an old program called 'tubemiter'.

you tell it what angle the pipes intersect, the pipe OD, the pipe wall thickness, and it will create a cutting template that you print and wrap arround the pipe.

 

[Reyer Farms]

A pipe wrap can do it also. Kinda a speed square for pipe. Not expensive but takes careful math.
